The Casco Hazard and event reporting Project

Casco is a corn wetmilling plant in Port Colborne. They make corn sweeteners and various other projects based on corn byproducts.

We worked closely with the Human Resources to setup an intranet based Hazard and Event Reporting system. Employees can fill in forms in the event of an accident, production shutdown or any other event. They can also report any potential hazards throughtout the plant simply by using this system. The individual reports can be reviewed and corrective actions can be assigned to prevent any more accidents.

The Hazard and Event Reporting project was a success!
